"AVOID THIS COMPANY! I just filed complaints with the BBB and am forwarding complaints to the FTC and Attorney General. As of today, before I filed my BBB complaint this company's rating was an "F". They will sell you service and product they knowingly can not deliver. I have written correspondence from their own representatives that support this accusation. I ordered t-shirts and paid 25% more for guaranteed rush delivery. All their on-line forms were filled in, there were no issues with artwork, I was charged in full for my order up-front, and I received an e-mail confirmation of the order. Then the horror story began with e-mails of an alleged address error that would place my order in a perpetual hold. here's the shortened version of their scam: I was asked for a physical location for delivery as UPS would not deliver to a PO Box. I had already provided both my billing address and my physical address so I felt this was odd. I tried continuously the telephone service number. I was always the 1st person on hold in the cue, with a projected wait time of 1 minute, but no one ever answered. Each time my call was eventually dropped. On two consecutive days I was told by the automated system that the offices were now closed, despite the fact that the published hours of operation were still in effect. I re-emailed my shipping info. Over the next 48 hrs in emails and one on-line chat they claimed. 1) Ooshirts does not ship via USPS (post office) 2) They can not control by what method orders ship (ie USPS vs UPS) because their computer automatically and randomly selects the method of shipment based on timing. They claimed I had to have a dual service address to process my order. But, remember, they don't ship via USPS. Since I did not have an address that was serviced by both USPS and UPS they would keep my order on hold delaying shipping until I resolved the issue. This issue is impossible to be resolved. As a Postal Box client, USPS does not provide me route service. All packages must go to the Post Office for pick up. However, all common carriers have been delivering to my physical business location for the last 17 years. Long story short, they are using my money for cash flow. They tried to say they would allow me to cancel the order with a 15% restock fee. I informed them they were in violation of fulfilling a contract. They finally offered a full refund which has not been received."
"Extraordinarily poor business practices and atrocious customer service. Cheap shirts, sure -- but you get what you pay for. Unless, as in my case, you don't get anything at all. After confirming that our artwork was fine, they tried on three separate occasions to print it, and it failed every time. And was I notified? No. On the day before my delivery date (for which I had paid dearly - rush service), they were still trying to print the shirts -- and still not bothering to notify me that the recipients of the t-shirts were about to be sorely disappointed. I spent two to three hours on the phone (mostly on hold) waiting to be told what was wrong. My students never got their shirts (they were for a weekend event); I lost a lot of valuable time when I could least afford it; and all I got in response was an "apology" and a 15% coupon off my next order -- as though I would ever order from such a company again. Never, never, never be swayed by the cheap prices -- this company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with."
"Very happy with the t-shirts I received today. The package was sent overnight and I received the day they stated. I was concerned since the overall costs were lower than competitors that the nine t-shirts I order would be a lower quality material. But I was very happy to see when I opened the package that the t-shirts were of high quality and the graphics were exactly the way I prepared them online. I only wish I ordered a couple more because I know other people at the party will want one!!! "
"Ooshirts really lacks any quality control. On our order they forgot 2 shirts and goofed up around 15 of them (bad prints, stains on shirts, etc).
When they ship they just throw them into a big dirty cardboard box, just a big pile with no protective wrapping or anything.
I got them to re-send the 2 they forgot to send us, and 7 of the worse shirts (stains, etc) but not all that were bad.
When they did re-print, they stuck one to the inside of the shipping bag so when I opened it the shirt has a big sticky spot and black stain and they won't replace it (even though this is their fault).
Avoid these clowns at all costs."
"The prices on this site are some of the best you'll find but it's not worth it. Customer Service is horrible. Today they hung up on me after I said, "Wow this is getting even more inconvenient." They limit characters on names (but it doesn't say anywhere on the website). That's understandable, to set a limit, BUT THEIR LIMIT IS 8 and 12 CHARACTERS INCLUDING SPACES AND DOESN'T INCLUDE PUNCTUATION. And it COSTS $5 per name! If you order 50 tshirts and want names on 25 of them, they will still charge you $250 extra! It's ridiculous. They have no control over their printing since they outsource their jobs to various suppliers.

Customer service emailed me to tell me the call was dropped. Offered to refund me since they couldn't accommodate my request but still wouldn't recommend them. "
"Avoid!!!
After 3 iterations of me telling them what I wanted and them not listening, they finally got the proofs right. Apparently they don't do their own printing, though, and what the printer delivered didn't come close to the proof. For some reason the font was changed (to something really ugly), and the quality of the printing was bad - very faint and streaky.
I have nothing good to say about ooShirts."
