"I received my sweatshirt and the logo was CROOKED! They offered me a credit of just over $4.00. That's all. They did not offer to re-print the sweatshirt and the claims department said that they saw that the logo was crooked but thought that it "looked great". I will never use them again."
"I have contacted via email about my shirts arriving wrong. Told to file a claim, I did. No response from claim dept and it has been a week. Emailed ****@**** again, I was told a rep had sent me an email and they were awaiting my response...double checked emails and spam folder nothing. They are not responsive, nor will they take responsibility for their errors...on top of that I guess they are liars too, as 24 hours later and still no "email" that was supposedly sent. I buy a lot t-shirts, first time with this company and obviously my last! Pay a little more and go somewhere else, not worth the frustration."

"Horrible customer service. At least 30 emails and 10 voicemail. Chat room doesn't work either. I ordered over a $1000 worth of shirts to sell over the April 11-12th weekend. It was a fundraiser event. Shirts were guaranteed by the 9th and never showed until the 13th. I filed a claim and got a response to either keep shirts at 50% discount or return shirts for full refund and ever since I can't get a hold of them. DO NOT ORDER SHIRTS FROM THEM! "
"Placed an order with them that was supposed to deliver on April 27th. The delivery never happened, then when we tried to get answers on when they would deliver, we could not get responses through voice messages, emails and web chats. Now I am trying to get my money back and cant get any response from them. They constantly promise and never deliver. "I made a shirt making fun of my school and 27 students bought it. Ooshirts said they were suppose to be on my doorstep by May 4th at the LATEST. it's May 6th and still no word when they will come in. I tried calling customer service but I think everyone died or decided to take a week off for spring break because no one will answer my calls! Don't bother emailing them either, they won't respond. There are tons of buisnesses that can make shirts both locally and nationally for similar prices but actually timely service. Ooshirts is not getting a 2nd order from me. "
"I ordered at ooshirt.com on a Sunday and added the rush delivery which was 50% more. The shirts were suppose to get to me that Friday. Unfortunately they did not get here in time. I tried calling, emailing, left messages. No response from anyone. I needed this shirts made for a special that was going on at my job. They ended up coming a week late.
Ooshirts has very very poor customer service. If you decide to use this company plan way way ahead otherwise you will be out of luck . The price is not good enough for the hassle you have to go through."
"Company is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. We called to edit an order the DAY it was "approved" (approved by the wrong person because ooShirts sent it to the wrong email address). The customer service person said it was OUR fault the order was processed already and there was nothing that could be done. Then when we asked about what would happen IF we canceled the company canceled it. BUT only refunded 85% of the order. Then I asked for a manager and was told I was not allowed to speak with a manager. It took several posts on Facebook, most of which were deleted, contacting the CEO, Marketing manager, and Customer service manager to get a response that basically was the company taking no responsibility and blaming me. When I asked for the "recording" they supposedly had, they said they couldn't give it to me. Of course this whole conversation was deleted as well. "
"I had ordered my shirts in plenty amount of time about a month ago. I still have not gotten them to this day. They are probaly a fake company wanting to take your money. Dont trust this company!!!"

The first time I ordered from this company for Graffiti Paintbar, the shirts came out ok with the exception that the "magenta" in was way off the mark from the preview shown on their website. Then I ordered again, and this time specified and paid for a custom PMS ink. The color came out fine this time but that's about all that was right with the order.
They printed the graphics too low, crooked and off center on the ladies shirts, and off center on the mens shirts. I've been going in circles with their so called "service department" since February. They acknowledged that they messed up, but they are only offering $220 in credit for an order I placed that cost me over $1500! I wish I could post photos.
Here's a direct copy and paste from the email I received from ooShirts regarding the $1500+ order they messed up:
"Hello,
I am very sorry to hear that there were problems with the print of your order; it looks like there was an error in production. Please know that it is never our intention to have a customer feel as if they have received an inadequate product.
We know that the quality of our prints reflects on us here at ooShirts and we appreciate your feedback. I will be sure to forward your experience to the appropriate department to ensure that this does not happen again.
To resolve this situation, I would like to offer you the following options:
1) A coupon credit worth $293.76 to be used towards a future order with us.
2) A refund in the amount of $220.32. This would be returned to your account in 3-5 business days depending on who you bank with.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed with either of these resolutions and I will be sure to process the transaction as soon as possible. At ooShirts we strive to provide a quality product and an exceptional service; in this instance we haven’t met this standard. For this I apologize and I hope that you give us the opportunity to correct it. I look forward to hearing from you.

"Well I guess I should have done my homework and read the reviews prior to placing my order. The T-shirts are very low quality and don't order Adult Small or Mediums unless they are for children . I am an extremely small female and could barely get the small on and when I did I couldn't raise my arms. When I contacted the company they wanted to give me a credit for my next order....which quite obviously there won't be!! Buyer beware, these are cheap, low-quality T-shirts and a big waste of your money."
"After several acceptable orders, ooShirts delivered an order with silver ink where there should have been brown. And this is after Pantone colors were specified. This was also on a design that they had successfully delivered before. After contacting them and providing photos, they offered a credit in the amount of 1/3 of the order value, despite the fact that they misprinted every shirt. And that was only after I began posting negative reviews of them. Prior to that, they would not respond to emails. Be wary of dealing with these guys. When an issue pops up, they refuse to take any responsibility."

Their customer service department resolved all my questions quickly and efficiently and I even received my garments 3 days before they were due. In my opinion ooShirts has friendly staff, sufficient technology, and quick turn around times."
