"I designed my shirt, placed my order, PAID IN FULL, called to confirm and was told that if I wanted my shirts that I would have to pay over an additional $100 to the $212 I already paid for a "special printing" then I was told if I chose not to take that option I could pay an additional $60 instead. Then I was told I actually needed to pay an additional 25% of my order total in order to have my shirts in time. They allow you to process your order with no problems but if you actually want the shirt you designed on time you will find out after the fact that there are a ton of additional fees. I had to cancel my order literally less than 10 minutes after placing it & now I have to wait a week to get my money back. I am extremely unhappy & now I am really pressed for time to get my shirts done somewhere else."

"I waited almost a month for my $300+ order, though I started contacting them the day it was officially late. They kept saying there was a "delay in production," and would move the delivery date out a week each time, "not guaranteed," and would never say what the delay was. As of Monday, May 1st, I was informed that ZERO of 29 garments had been printed. How this is considered "production" is beyond me! Their customer service is non-existent and you can't even call and speak to someone on the phone because their "lines are down." Permanently. They were not willing to do ANYTHING to compensate for the issues and cancelled my order instead, requiring me to take my business elsewhere and wait even longer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. What a joke."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would! I ordered 3 BULK orders on April 16th and paid for expedited processing and shipping to have them delivered by April 22nd....No shirts. When I reached out via phone the line goes dead??? When I reached out via online chat I was told there was a problem with printing them and they had to ....wait for it.....ORDER new shirts....Awesome. So now I have to wait for them to order more supplies AND redo their batched order. Just got an email stating they will not be delivered till MAY 7th. Alost a MONTH. Never again!! I need to mail there orders out to MY customers and now I'm in a horrible spot. Zero communication from them until I reached out in distress."

"I had an order for one shirt and it took over a month to deliver. When it arrived, the shirt's print was not correct according to the proof they sent me. They agreed to reprint the shirt, which took another month. When it came there was overspray from the printer and the front of the shirt feels like it was made with a cheap iron on decal. Nice and stiff! The design is also not correct again! This is such bad quality that I can't submit this to my client, I am a graphic designer. The quality control is laughable and I am not sure how any ethical company could let products like this slip by to their customers. I have many pictures to show the end result. "

"HONEST CUSTOMER REVIEW: ooshirts customer service is nearly impossible to get a hold of. My order was rushed, only half arrived on time and it took another week for the rest of my shipment to arrive. Then I had a defective item, they offered to reprint but then after a week to get the coupon for the reprint and 2 weeks for shipping the item quality was significantly worse because they digitally printed instead of screen printed the order. Then, I tried to order for a THIRD time and find out that they wanted to charge me an additional fee to have my reprint (originally messed up by ooshirts in the first print) screenprinted to match my original order. Now they won’t switch my refund method from a coupon to a refund on my credit card. Needless to say I will never use ooshirts again and I don’t think you should either unless you want issues with shipping, quality and customer service. "

"I viewed the shirt that I wanted on 3 devices and 3 different browsers to make sure that the "jade dome" shirts that I was ordering were a dark teal color. When I submitted a claim with photos demonstrating that the shirts that they sent were a perfect match for their "kelly green" and looked nothing like their "jade dome" sales pages, they claimed that the discrepancy was due to back-lighting from the computer I was viewing it on. There is no logic to this as the digital photos that I submitted were also back-lit. They refused to remake the shirts or refund the payment. "

"I ordered shirts and they never came, never even had tracking applied after they "shipped". After I contacted the company they were initially very apologetic and asked if I would like to be credited the money back to order again or if I would just like them to go ahead an reprint the order. I asked them to reprint. From there they ghosted me, wouldn't respond to my emails, never gave me a new confirmation number, wouldn't talk to me on their online chat, and of course no one actually answers when you call their number. I honestly don't even think they ever printed my shirts to begin with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. "

Third order was a single shirt and because of the options of single piece there was a miscommunication.... but I have a company credit for that full amount.

They lied when they said there was a fraud hold... my bank said that they debited my account no problem...there isn't a phone number that works for the company... they have been down for a week now. They turn their online chat on and off depending on whether they want to answer questions. When they finally returned my call (days later) they called right before they closed. And they called from another phone number, which is not even the companies name it's something completely different, and the order number I was given doesn't work. There are so many red flags, especially now from the Better Business Bureau. Now they are ignoring all emails regarding cancelling my order. Don't get your money stolen by this scam company. The phones don't work so you can't actually get someone on the line to talk about how your shipment was a week late (despite paying "rush" fees); the full order did not arrive (missing shirts); and the printing was incorrect and smudged on every single item. Let me start off by saying that the quality of the shirts is great when they are printed.

With that said, the dependability of this company is almost non-existent. I have used them three times now. My first attempt was a little over two years ago. It resulted in an email informing me my shirts were delayed due to "extreme backups" and they were delivered 14 days after the guaranteed date. I told them multiple times I wanted to cancel my order and not to charge me. I received no response from my multiple emails and the shirts still arrived and I was still charged for the shirts. This was my first terrible experience.

They offered me a future discount to give them another try. I did. The second order placed a year later arrived on time and the quality was great.

I put in a third order this month. Assuming the kinks were worked out and they no longer would have these issues I saw the guaranteed date of delivery and had an event coming up. I used them due to their good quality.

Yesterday I noticed I still had not received my delivery (guaranteed for the 12th). Nobody reached out to me to tell me there was a delay. My email was answered with similar verbiage about an extreme delay on the production line and that they would not be guaranteed the 22nd - 4 days after the conclusion of my event. I am being offered a full refund of the rush delivery charges. No concern for the setback to people's credibility or how their guarantees mean very little.

Don't trust this company with anything time sensitive. If you need shirts made for an event months in the future I am sure they can come through (and the quality will be nice), but never waste your time or money for something happening the same month, they'll let you down and show very little empathy.

This happened 3 times!! They don't have a phone number that actually works either! Its a scam!
