"Ordered 5 shirts for Father’s Day. Never received them. Always showed in process and would arrive by June 11th. Never happened. Called daily said they were closed. Emailed several times and finally got a response saying they would complete order and ship. Next 2 emails same day saying my order was canceled and refunded. NO REFUND EVER RECEIVED! Filed BBB complaint. Still nothing and I’m out $114.60 and no Father’s Day gift!! They are thief’s and scammers"
"When ordered in May 15, they said my order would be at my doorstep on June 5th. Contacted the company on June 8 because they still were not here. June 9th, finally got a reply that it was caught up in production longer than expected and the new estimated date was June 26! NO update to my order status or any notification it was delayed. It would have been nice to know it wasn't going to meet my deadline about 2 weeks ago so I could find someone else! Now Im struggling to find someone else to do the shirts in time! Now I can't get a response about a refund after 3 emails! Never again will I deal with this company!"
"I had a pretty good experience with ooshirts! The shirts arrived 2 days prior to what they estimated. They do have SOME hidden fees but you are made aware before purchase. Sometimes these fees steer away business but they were still cheaper and the quality of shirt was as advertised.
The only downside to my order, the circle surrounding my logo was kind of oblong and not a circle lol. But the way shirts sit and the constant movement, you cant even tell.
Sure does sound like we got lucky with all these other reviews though! However, i will use them again. You definitely have to follow every step and really read the fine print to make this a worthwhile experience. "
"If I could provide a lower than 1 star rating I certainly would. I have used this company for over 6+ years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on t-shirts provided by ooshirts. However, upon being promised a delivery date, the date was not met, I was not notified, I spent a whole day on the phone trying to find out where my shirts are. Finally I was told the shirts are still being printed and there is no way to know when the shirts will be shipped or delivered. I am now stuck with 300+ customers expecting a shirt and no way of obtaining the shirts or knowing when they will arrive. Upon pressing customer service they were EXTREMELY unhelpful and would only offer 25% off of my next purchase (Which I will never be placing with this company again) and no answers, options, or solutions. I am completely at a loss and now have no way of providing these tshirts to the my customers in time. Terrible service, terrible response time, un-kept guarantees. Seriously, this company should be called uh-ohshirts.com"
"Ordered shirts first of the month for an event at the very end of the month. Got a message on the 11th of the month that there was an issue with the back design. I called and we corrected it. Was given a new delivery date of the 25th of the month. 25th came and no shirts. I called to find out they ran into an issue that nobody called me, emailed, texted, or made any attempt to contact me about and the shirts were still not printed. Since I've done business with them for 6 years I asked if they could get these printed today and out the door tomorrow overnight and they said no, they need 6 days printing time. They did refund right away but I am stuck with no shirts for an event and they really weren't all that apologetic about it. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED SHIRTS IN A CRITICAL TIME FRAME. "

"Wanted screen printing. Clicked through a link on their site that was about screen printing and had a design now button which would indicate that you're designing a shirt for screen printing. I ordered and the confirmation email said DTG. I contacted them immediately. No response to an email. Called the next morning and they said "that's how the systme works" and the link I described to them "didn't exist". So, basically they're selling you one thing and (trying) to stick you with another and then take 15% to cancel something."
"Very bad site. They charged me an extra $40 AFTER I placed my order for "extra screens" because there was a large variety in sizes, but when they sent me a proof of the extra screens they were mis-sized. When I brought this to their attention, they would not let me cancel my order without a 15% restocking fee, they would not let me change my order so that I would need fewer sizes, they would not let me change my order so that I would need fewer screens, they would not send me a mockup, etc. I tried everything I could think of to resolve the problem, and they met met with resistance at every turn. Buyer Beware."

I ordered hoodies with my logo on the back and CLEARLY specified by email and even spoke to someone on the phone to make sure the text would not be covered by the hoodie. They assured me that she checked with the art department and the hoodie did not cover the text. When I received the order the hoodied COMPLETELY covered the text! The asked me to send them for 15 pictures with a ruler in the picture to them tell me that the best they could do was offer me a $27 discount on my NEXT purchase! Who would want to place the next order with a company providing terrible service and no guarantees on their product or their promises?!"
"I placed my order on Jan 4th with an expected deliver date of 1/18. Received my artwork proof on 1/7 and was told it was going into production. 1/18 came and went with no shirt so I emailed them on 1/20 asking when I could expect it. They replied on 1/21 saying there were extreme production delays and my new non-guaranteed delivery date was 2/4 and offered me a small discount on a future order. I responded and asked if there was any way to expedite as the new date was more than 2 weeks after the originally promised date and was told that I could pay an extra $8.58 for rush shipping and a new delivery date of 1/28. I declined to pay extra to get it 10 days later than originally promised. On 1/25 they contacted me to tell me there was a problem with production (this was a very simple design - all lettering) and they were refunding my payment.
A three week wait for nothing. After reading these reviews, I'm probably lucky they cancelled rather than sending me a poorly produced shirt with a no return policy. "
"Worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. Needed the shirts for a group academic event for our kids, and the shirts did not come on the promised date. When I called I received 0 customer service and was told the package of shirts was sitting with UPS for the past several days and that I would have to submit a claim with them to even understand when the shirts would get to me. I even asked to talk to a supervisor and they would not transfer me to one. After checking with UPS, they said a tracking number was created, but they had not yet received package from Ooshirts. Absolutely unacceptable. I called Ooshirts again to let them know UPS does not have a package from you, they then told me that it is stuck in production and when I asked why, they would not provide any answer, just said again that I need to submit a claim. I felt completely taken advantage of by this company and I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company as Ooshirts would not refund my money. We were on a very tight team budget and I got fooled by Ooshirts lower than everyone else price. Don't be fooled by the price, go somewhere else even if it costs a little more. "
"Horrible. I ordered properly and with the help of their online customer service. I even paid 25% extra for a rush order. A day later they responded with the typical “there is an issue with your order so your order is on hold until you resolve the issue, and the delivery date is this pushed back 6 business days”. This is a common dishonest scam of some online companies - promising a short turn-around to get the order, but ultimately not able to deliver as promised. So, they pretend there is an issue to put a hold on the order and to extend the promised delivery commitment. Such BS!!! I proved to them there was no issue, and they agreed but blamed company policy for the delivery extension due to the hold. Well, I’m not dealing with dishonest companies and being the victim of a deceitful scam, so I cancelled my order. If you order from them, beware and enjoy the games and run-around."
"I have had lots of shirts printed, I have never seen such thin ink on my shirts. My shirts are red and the white ink was a see-thru of almost 40%.

I called to let them know of the issues and they said someone would follow up within 4 business days to resolve the issue, it has been 6 business days (10 Calendar Days) and as of now, I haven't received a call.
