"We had a very bad run in with one of their customer service reps that made us never want to do business with them again. However, they were so earnest and persistent in wanting to make the problem better that they won us back over.

Their customer service is a bit spotty, but if you talk to a supervisor and let them know what happened they'll take care of it. Its rare to meet a company as willing to do what it takes to make things better.

"Have ordering a Canon 100-400 lens, a rep called and talked about switching to Sigma 120-400 to which I agree to at the time. After checking out the internet I felt the lens was over priced when compared to B&H,J&R etc. When I call Shawn he told the reasons for the additionally cost. Mainly a 5 year warranty plan I did not want. Once that was changed to a one year plan the pricing was competitive. My thanks to Shawn for helping out. "

"Logan assisted me in the different lenses, even though i am a novice, He explained things throughly and explained why he recommended one lens over another. I loved that he took care of my concerns and though i did have to exchange my lens, He made sure it was done expediently. Thanks Logan! Kudos to you!"

However, after talking with Logan, he reassured me that the lens I purchased is ideal for the architectural photography I'm looking to take. "The first time I called customer service, I was placed on hold twice and hung up on before I finally got through to confirm my order. I was not happy. The second time I spoke with customer service was when Tom called to say there was a problem charging my card. He was very helpful, and he stayed on the phone with me while he confirmed that the payment had processed. He also upgraded my shipping for free, and he gave me his personal extension to call in case I had any issues. I am still waiting to receive the package, but overall I am satisfied with the service service so far, thanks in large part to Tom's assistance."

"I wanted to write this review because of my experience with Kevin. I thought it was very important for you to know how wonderful he was and to know that you have amazing people working for your company. My husband had ordered me a lens for my camera and I called in to talk to someone about the order. When I called, I got Kevin on the phone. He was great...he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, nice, honest and a great sales person. He ended up selling me a lens that cost more but I felt good about it even though I was spending more money. I had no intent of spending any more money (in fact I wasn't even happy about the amount that my husband had already spent) but Kevin explained to me the difference of the lens we had bought versus the lens he ended up selling me. I was very happy because he was able to tell me things about the lens that my husband did not know when he bought it and saved us the trouble of sending it back. Kevin was very friendly and although I was trying my hardest to haggle him...he kept his cool, remained friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable not only with spending more money but more importantly with the new lens that I was getting. He helped me out and gave me outstanding customer service by helping me out with the cost a little bit. I was very very happy with my experience with your company because of Kevin. We originally were going to buy this lens elsewhere and now I feel like when I need another lens or camera accessory...I will be calling Kevin for sure. It is so hard to find people (and companies) that offer excellent customer service and Kevin definitely did that. I appreciate him taking the time with me and for helping us out. I will definitely shop with you guys again and he made my experience a great one. I wanted to write this review because I feel like Kevin should be recognized for that because it is so rare these days. Thank you again and have a great day! "
