"Photosolve went out of their way, calling me personally, in order to make sure that the item I had ordered was going to work with my equipment and that I had what I needed. I ordered an adapter for a digital camera lens, and it turned out I also needed an additional adapter to make sure the item I wanted would work with the lenses I had. Photosolve called me to make sure I had what I would need, and as it turned out I needed the additional adapter as well. Granted, this makes them an extra sale and would also save them money in the long run, but unlike many other merchants who would ship and then let me find out I needed something more, only to be frustrated when what I had ordered was insifficient, Photosolve called within 30 minutes of my placing the order and confirmed everything. I call that service beyond the call of duty. When I need more camera equipment, I will be looking them up again."

"I first learned abut this product from a Panasonic "forum" where a photographer, using a viewer, resolved the same difficulty I have with taking digital photos in bright sunlight by trying to use the LCD. I needed to copy some old Kodachrome slides with my digital camera and he had the equipment and knowledge to make it all work.
