"The product came in in perfect shape and everything looks good was very happy with the product only problem too a long time to ship."
"Fantastic prices, great selection. I just hope that it gets shipped to my house within the 1-5 business days that UPS ground promises... I need speakers!!"
"Not entirely happy with service, but the item did come, met my expectations and had lowest price by about $25-40. I had to make repeated calls (e-mails were ignored) in order to get from ordering to shipping, and even after shipping to get a tracking number. The whole process took two weeks (my VISA was charged on day 2), and all contact aside from order confirmation was initiated by me."
"Price can never compensate for customer service. This company's customer service is horrid. I ordered a HDMI cable, Denon 3806, and Blu Ray on Aug. 23 and have not recvd my HDMI cable after 3 weeks. They are persistently negligient and horrid. I would not buy from them again. Dealnet.com is a joke and the workers there are "hustlers" wanting you to buy but not willing to service your account. Never Again will I order there. "
"$543.89 charged for goods and sevices never received
I originally found this seller, oneclickdigital.com, through pricescan.com, a price comparison site.
I placed an online order on 2/21/06 for one Sony DSC M2 for $369.00 U.S.D. plus $14.90 s&h. When I had not received any order confirmation the next day I called their 1-800 customer service #.
The sales rep then explained to me an extended service plan for 5 years
that included "accidental damage, theft and loss with no deductiable" for an additional $149.99. I specifically asked who the plan was from and he said "direct from sony". When I doublechecked on this plan on their site after hanging up it was not described as he stated. I also checked the sony site and that plan does not exist. I called back immediately to double check to see if there was any misunderstanding and he very rudely told me it WAS as he had explained and what a good deal I was getting and hung up. I called back first thing the next morning (2/23) and stated that I wanted to cancel the order completely and was told I could not because it had already been shipped .
Since then I have emailed customer service several times and called back repeatedly as well as checking the shipping status at their site. There was no tracking number and I have only rec'd one email response saying the tracking info would update by sunday 2/26 (I was originally told it would update in 24 hours on 2/23when I tried to cancel)
Each time I call I get the same person, once I asked for a customer service manager & was told to call back in one hour when I called back the very same person told me that they were the owner of the company and repeated the exact same line about the great deal I was getting before hanging up.
There have been other customer complaints posted about this same company on the pricerunner site since my purchase date stating similar incidents. There were also claims that this same company is operating under 4-5 other names. I went to the site of one of these other names listed, a Circuit Digital and I called their 1-800 sales number. When the sales rep answered all they said was “Can I help you?” without stating any company name. I then asked if I had reached oneclickdigital and was told yes I had. Then I asked the rep. if it was also Circuit Digital and was immediately told to please hold. I was on hold for ten minutes before I hung up and called back. I inquired again which company I had reached and was transferred. The next person tried to tell me that they had never heard of Circuit Digital even thought that was the # I had called, not the one on my invoice from oneclickdigital.com. They also have the EXACT same customer service email address. I can go to any of these sites and log on to the "my account" page wuth the email address and password I created at oneclickdigital and all of my info and the exact same order # come up.
Only after I emailed their customer service and stated that I would be reporting them for fraud did I get any response. I then explained that since the plan they sold me was bogus , I wanted the $149.99 charge for it removed and was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived because the plan was “in the box” and they don’t have the invoice # needed to refund. Then after several minutes of arguing they gave me a tracking number from U.S.P.S. ( I was told it would be shipped FedEx Priority when I paid) When I went to the U.S.P.S. website the number came up as invalid on the track and confirm search.

"I found a Panasonic TH42PD50U edtv at this store through bizrate.I ordered it for a total of $1699.55 delivered. This was an incentive to buy because it is normally $150.00 -$400.00 higher at other stores.Luckily my credit card company would not approve the transaction without my permission.DealZnet contacted me and I called them back. They said my credit card company would not process the order until,I called my company and confirmed the charge. They then started in on the extra wiring and hookup accessories.I declined graciously. They then asked about the extended service warranty and once again I declined. The representative then informed me that I had chosen UPS for delivery and I should have picked private freight. Both of these statements were false. They advertised free shipping because they had their own private freight companies. He then said,it was a freight only item and that there was an addittional charge for shipping. My item now would total around $1847.00 I canceled the order(hopefully)and called my credit card company .I informed them not to allow any charges by this company.Funny, how DealZnet called me a few minutes later.I did not answer.I hate liars and cheats.Be warned DealZnet has other business names that they operate under.Best of luck to all honest internet buyers and sellers.Dont be in a hurry and research all products and companies.JANUARY 13,2006 UPDATE This store changed its name and ran the charge through on my credit card anyway.Dealznet then sent an email saying I had denied delivery(which wasnt true, nothing had been delivered,it had only been 1 week since they put the order through)They said they would refund my credit card except for $698.00 .They were keeping this for restocking fee,my credit card fee,and a shipping fee. They also sent an email saying the item had shipped through UPS and sent a tracking number that was BOGUS.I alerted my credit card company and the fraud department is handling it now. This company is very, very dishonest,be careful when dealing over the internet.Cheap is not always best ! I have learned the hard way. "
"Do not buy from this place. The customer service is no doubt the worst on the entire planet. They are rude and have zero business-savvy. I wish I never bothtered with them. Waste of time and money."
"Every review on this site is really accurate in describing the horrid excuse for a business that is Dealznet.Com. Ordered item on 12/15 and recieved confirmation that item was in stock and would ship in 2/3 days. Called Customer Service (haha) on 12/20 to ascertain status, told item shipped, but no tracking info available. Called CS on 12/21 to obtain tracking information, again told unavailable, call tomorrow. Called CS on 12/22 and learned that item had in fact not shipped and was on backorder. Beware, when Dealznet uses the word "Shipped" they mean that the order has been passed from Dealznet to a 3rd party supplier of the merchandise. After hearing "backorder" I asked to cancel the order. I was told that the order could not be canceled because the order might have already shipped? I strove and failed to understand this. This conversation occured at 1 p.m. on 12/22. I received an email from Dealznet on 12/24 stating that the order had shipped at 9 p.m. on 12/23 which is more than 24-hours after requesting order-cancel. Bottom line here is that if you want drop-dead lowest price and can live with dishonesty and absolutely horrible customer service, Dealznet is for you. The best part yet is that their last email indicated that if I would give them a 5-Star rating and provide them proof of this superb rating, they would give me a cert. for $20 off next order. Keep in mind that if you encounter a favorable review for these hooligans, it was probably quid-pro-quo, bought and paid for. That's my experience with Dealznet."
"I ordered a Sharp LCD Tv which showed in stock on their website, I selected 3 day air shipment at additional cost. The day before the unit was to arrive I received a call that the item was discontinued. They would replace it with a newer more expensive model at the same price. I agreed to this if they could deliver the follwing week on a specified date. They agreed. The item did not Ship until several weeks later. I called the customer service dept several times and they told me the unit had already shipped so I could not cancel the order. They could not give me shipping information. I have emailed them twice with a complaint and received no response."
"An absolutely horrendous experience, by far the worst Internet buying experience I've had. They shipped me the wrong product and refused to ship the correct product until I went and ordered it again. Furthermore, they did not provide a return label for the product, meaning I had to pay for shipping back. Finally, they only refunded me for the product, not for the shipping I paid in the first place.
So to recap, they screwed up, refused to fix it immediately, and I ended up paying for its shipment to my house and back.
Throw in the fact that customer service was mostly unresponsive and terribly rude when I did speak to someone, I will never deal with this vendor again. If you're smart, neither will you."
"I purchased a Sony KD-34xbr960 and stand from DealzNet. The low price Dealznet offered was a little hard to believe.
I checked Dealznet reviews on the Internet, and I must say, was a little concerned about the reliability of this company. Rather than place an order over the Internet, I called Dealznet directly. I was quickly connected with a sales staffer. He was pleasant,(almost too pleasant) and assured me that the price was correct, the merchandise was brand new with a US warranty, and that it was in stock and available for immediate shipment. On that basis, I ordered the TV. Dealznet comped the shipping on the stand. I started to get a little nervous when I did not get an email confirmation from Dealznet. After 24 hours, I called customer service and asked about the email. The woman told me that it had been sent out right after I had placed the order, but that she would do it again. She seemed to have the information right at her fingertips. Another 24 hours passed, and no confirmation, so I called customer service again. The lady asked if I had any spam filter on my email. Maybe through my IPS, so I gave her an alternate Mail.com address. I received the confirmation right away. Another email came with shipping company info and tracking number. The TV arrived today in perfect condition. A week from order o delivery, including the weekend. I'm thinking about ordering another TV from Dealznet. "
"I ordered some equipment and because I needed it fast, asked for 2-day air shipping. It was on backorder for a month, so I cancelled the order. My credit card was charged when I ordered the equipment on 5/19/04. When I received my statement on 6/24/04 and saw the charge, I again emailed asking for a credit. Lo and behold, the order shipped the very next day! I refused shipment and now dealznet says it will charge me a restock fee and shipping charges. All this was done via email, since they're a web company. "
"By far, the worst internet ordering experience of my life. They shipped me the wrong product. When I talked to them about this on the phone, they acknowledged the mistake, but said they would not ship me the correct product until they received the incorrect one back from me. They refused to issue a UPS call tag to pick it up, saying I am responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, even when they send the wrong item!"
"Do not order from these people. I buy on the internet quite a bit, and this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I bought a 30-inch high definition television set, which arrived with severe damage to the tube. I called dealznet.com and was told someone would contact me within 3 days. When I hadn't heard from them a week later, I called back and was told that the person handling my "claim" would e-mail that day. It never happened. I called back the next day and asked to speak with "Michelle" (supposedly the person handling my claim) and was told she was not in, but would contact me the following day. It never happened. It is now nearly two weeks after I go the damaged television set, and I have yet to receive a single e-mail or telephone call. Worse still, I went on the New York Secretary of State cite, and couldn't find any registration for a corporation or LLC called Dealznet or Dealznet.com. I'm hoping to find the name of the company so I can sue them under their proper name. If anyone knows the legal name of this miserable entity, please let me know. In the meantime don't do business with "Let's Go Digital" or "Dealznet" unless you want to deal with the kind of nonresponsive crap that I and others have endured."
"Sent me what they advertized as a "new" product, when in fact it had already been opened. I spoke to two individuals and they both gave me the same lame excuse as to why the product hadd been previously opened - it must have been picked out on the assembly line for random inspection. However, the product was also faulty and made a loud humming noise - so that rules out there lame excuse/theory. They said they would send me a new one, but when I didn't hear back, I called to find out that they cancelled my order. They told me my credit card had been credited that day...I waited a week and nothing showed up on my online statment. So I called again, and they told me that it was processed today. I lost out on both time, and money in having the product shipped to me and having to return it to them...I was not reimbursed for either even though the product was advertized as new/it was opened/and it was faulty. What's the number to the BBB???? I will never use this company again!"
