"I ordered some equipment and because I needed it fast, asked for 2-day air shipping. It was on backorder for a month, so I cancelled the order. My credit card was charged when I ordered the equipment on 5/19/04. When I received my statement on 6/24/04 and saw the charge, I again emailed asking for a credit. Lo and behold, the order shipped the very next day! I refused shipment and now dealznet says it will charge me a restock fee and shipping charges. All this was done via email, since they're a web company."
