"SellYourMac is great to work with! Trust me, they are much better than Apple's endorsed trade-in company, Phobio. The ONLY thing that keeps this from being 5 stars, is the lack of sending shipping materials. Being a business with 10+ macs I try to keep a box or two from when I purchase macs, but it would be helpful if SYM would provide the materials. That is one thing Phobio has on SYM. I would like SYM to end the promotions for extra cash send me a box with a pre-printed label. Again this is my only issue with SYM."
