I purchased a used 2015 macbook at a very fair price and paid for 2 day shipping to make sure I had a days buffer to get everything ready to record. When I initially got my tracking info it had it arriving the following Monday. I reached out to the team and heard back via phone within 30 minutes. Josh quickly discovered the issue and quickly remedied it by overnighting the computer via Fedex. Computer arrived on time and extremely well packaged. I noticed a couple weeks later there was an issue with my magsafe port having a spark from time to time. Took it to my local shop and they said it might need replacing and gave me a quote. As the computer was so new to me I reached out to the sellyourmac team to let them know I was having an issue, they kindly offered to offer a partial refund to help cover the repair (so that I wouldn't be without a computer for more than a few hours). On the flip side I got a very fair quote for my old macbook and though I haven't finished the process yet, the communication and process were extremely excellent and stream lined. I have already told my buddies who live in the mac world that they should not be looking anywhere else in the future, and I'm already considering purchasing another macbook air for my wife from these guys.
