I initially tried to sell through Craigslist, but the scammers and ridiculous counter-offers made me decide to try SellYourMac. I checked the many other sites offering this service but SYM had the best offer. They were pretty clear and upfront that most devices do not qualify for "like new" condition, but my iMac 27" was very well cared for and worked flawlessly so I checked that (a bit concerned it might be arbitrarily downgraded to Good or something). The process was simple, I had the original box so I used that, put their prepaid shipping label on it and sent it on its way. Tracked it to their door, waited on the confirmation email that said they received it and were checking it out. Next email was they found it to be exactly as I said it was and how would I prefer my payment?. A check was fine by me. last email confirmed they had mailed me the check for the full amount. That arrived in the mail within a few days. Absolutely top notch company and service. A good match for what we expect from Apple, so any other Apple devices I decide to sell will certainly be through SYM. Highly recommend them. "
