"They charged Rs 2500 for a shipment whose value is Just Rs 250 and weight is not even 100 gms. Lots of hidden charges and on top of it poorest and rude customer support team. Pls avoid."

" You pay 2000 as a monthly fee ,that is 6000 for 3 months minimum package. then they promise u 30 rs for a kg and you actualy pay 95 rs for shipping , then they keep your money for 20 2-5 days and earn intrest on ur money before they give it back to you ( I am talking about the cod payment they collect on ur behalf and keep as their own )
have a lousy reverse pick up procedure requiring u to email them for every reverse pick up and
on top of that shipping takes 5 - 8 days wheras any courier compnay does it in2 days
