Without answering the tickets support closed the tickets and relationship manager - Mukund Hari is useless even in Entrepreneurship plan. So, avoid."

"Very hopeless service dont buy thier service , the customer care doesnt respond on tickets and your couriers dont get picked noone checks or follows just initial followup is very sweet to get the subscription amount after that noone bothers to check about the issues.. "i paid and sent all documents to Mr Kaif on 11th October 2018. Today it is 5th November. I could not send a single international consignment through ShipRocket! I am following up with them since last 10 days. But everytime i get stereotype replies that our team is looking into it and give us 24 to 72 hrs more. I dont think they have tie ups with any international couriers. They don't care to call you back. It's a very bad experience."
