"I made a delivery request on 13 October 2018. The money got deducted. I got the AWB number and the name of the courier company. But after that till today 16 October 2018. I am waiting for the courier guy to come and pick up the parcel.It's getting very irritating for the customer and for me as well. The support told me that the courier guy will pick up the package on 15 October 2018 but after waiting for the whole day. No one came. Worst ever service that I came across. Stay away from shiprocket."
"It's courier partners are not trusted and mishandles n delays parcel and no proper support is provided by ship rocket . They are only interested in advance payment and maintaining minimum balance. No support at all. why should one use a service where there is no support at all ?????
My product (not only once but 3 times) well packed with extra caution has been delayed by extra ordinary long period and delivered in damaged n broken condition to the client. Client was angry and horrified by this delay n delivery. Caused me customer and financial loss.when I raised a ticket about this issue of what happened with me ship rocket asked me to raise the ticket again and again through different IDs n dashboards. They kept sending me mails about they will get back to me but never did. They kept sending mails if I have any other issue. What other issue will I have? Just solve what is at hand. But dey did not come up with any answer or apology even. And finally started mailing me to send them more photos of damaged goods which I did again n again. And finally after more than two weeks of following them they sent me a mail that my raised ticket has been closed.
They do it all the time with every small or big issue. Keep sending mail for a week or two that if you have any other issue n then suddenly close Ur ticket without any reason. I am so done with them now so writing this.
They keep on sending you bogus and inapplicable invoices without any reason n if you confront there is no response and support. How could there be any invoice where not only you tk advance payment of everything but also ask for 200 rs as minimum balance to keep going.
Moreover they ask you to keep minimum 200 rs balance. And recently they have started sending irrelevant n non applicable invoices to Ur mail. When it s very clear there is no invoice with Ship rocket u always pay in advance.
In short don't ever fall in trap of registering with them with minimum. 200rs as balance. Once you do that you are trapped.
Even if you are already into it. It's better to let go 200 bucks than loosing out thousands of rupees, credibility and clients.

"Please don`t ever ship your products through shiprocket ever. They will never own up to their mistakes. For every single package, the pick up will be done after 5 days and delivery will take another 10 days. My worst experience was when I had to deliver a package to my customer and when my customer opened the package, some of the jars were broken and the box was completely bent from inside as if someone has thrown the box and put a lot of pressure on it. And I had clearly mentioned the fragile sign and packed the jars properly with bubble roll etc. When discussed the same, they said the customer has signed POD and didn`t say anything that time. Hence, the courier partner is not liable. My question is how will the customer even know if there are any damages before opening the package. The POD is merely there to sign and confirm that yes the package was delivered. I am closing my account with them. I request everyone to not repeat my mistake and stay away from them. You might lose all your customers because of their terrible service."

After paying the money it reduced to just one . There employee Mitali told me I would charged between 14-20/- per k.g. in PAN India . But when I placed my first order they charged me 52/- per k.g. Also they do not want to talk to the customers properly after getting money . There payment
gateway is also FUDDU . my account was debited twice while making the payment . Don't use this service ."
