"Purchased a Transcend travel CPAP machine. Emailed customer service after the second time I used it and had issue seeking to exchange it for the resmed air mini. I have yet to recieve a reply to the email which was well over a week ago."

They tell you one thing and then do another

"They told me before I purchased that if the mask was an incorrect size, they would exchange it for free. What they don’t tell me is that you have to put in their refund code and then purchase your new mask. If you purchased the machine on sale like I did, then you cannot use a second code, so I was stuck paying full price at an additional $40 for what should have been a simple exchange. Wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t so rude to me saying that I had no choice. I will never do business from them again."

Poor Shipping Third Time Purchaser

"Every time ordered shipping label was created 3days prior to shipment. Last Order the label was created until I sent a question to the vendor a week after ordering somehow it had gotten misplaced???? Label created 3 days later I received a shipment notification. Great Products, arrived in great shape. Customer Questions were answered promptly."

Return for an Aircurve 11.

"Been two plus weeks since I initiated the return process but have not received any correspondence regarding the return. I can not reenter the return information because the system said I have already started the return process. The Aircurve 11 is new in the box as received. Returning because I can not use my Aircurve 10 accessories which I have at least a years worth."

Order Issues(Resolved)

"My last two orders have multiple issues. The first order had the wrong item. The second order, I had to call to see when it would arrive. They stated that the order was out of stock. They sent the other item I had ordered. A few days later, I received 1 item of 2. I have left a message and I still have not heard back. I am still waiting for this product.
If they would have communicated that the order would be delayed, I would be fine with it. The lack of communication indicates that the company does not seem to care about their customers.
I will not be ordering from them again.
EDIT: Sleeplay did call me and stated that they will be sending my filter. They did apology for their error and compensated me with a gift card to use on their website. I will updated this review after my next order.
