"Sleeplay is always reliable, efficient, affordable. The website is a bit difficult to maneuver but, the products can eventually be found and delivered quickly. I used the rest of my health savings account at the end of 2023 to order a year’s worth of BPAP supplies. Unknown to me, Sleeplay thought the amount ordered was odd, stopped fulfilling it, charged my HSA credit card but never contacted me to ask why I ordered so much. When I called asking where my order was, I learned about the issue, verified that I was using those products and the order was pulled to be shipped. Yet, it was missing one item even though the shipping label said it was included. The missing item was sent after another call. I’m unsure what happened but, it was issues like this that caused me to leave another company and use Sleeplay. "
