"I ordered and prepaid for the product. It was shipped to my old address. I tried to correct it once I realized it had happened(that night), but they never replied. Several days later I got confirmation that it was delivered to the wrong address in California even though I had sent the email correcting the error. They stated there was nothing they could do, and it already been delivered and I needed to get someone in California to find it. That was a temporary address and I live in Chicago so I wasn’t able to do that. At that point, they refuse to help me any further, and said I would have to go and retrieve it myself. Extremely poor experience. I was never able to get my product now I found out they’ve received it back. I have since purchased a different product because sleep apnea is very serious and I needed to have it addressed. Now they have my product and my money and I literally have nothing to show for it. 1k gone. the fact that my wife and I were both laid off and had to leave California last year makes something like this very difficult on us. I highly recommend that you try someone else who is more reputable."
