I then wrote an email stating my issues as there is no real customer service department for this company. They tell you to send your issue in an email and then just never reply. It is the same fan that everyone else sells so I just ordered it again form them to give a second chance. I filled out the "notes" section in the 2nd order stating my issues and asked for expedited shipping for the new one and they failed yet again.
