"Was dissatisfied for a couple of reasons firstly the website said overnight delivery and I thought that I would be receiving my item on Overnight instead I received my item almost a week later. If item is not to be shipped overnight I should not get charged the same rate only to receive it a week later, and if a item is not stock you should notify the customer if this fact I winded up buying the part from the dealer because I really needed the part stockwise auto dropped the ball in that aspect. And that voicemail system serving as customer service totally useless no one even got back to me when I left a message. Nothing is better and more satisfying than actually talking to a customer representative so you know something is being done about a problem."
