"Very unhappy with this company. Placed an order and was notified the merchandise was shipped FedEx overnight. However that turned out to be untrue and my attempts to reach anyone in the company's customer service has met with failure. Getting that part was of time essence. Now I am forced to buy the part locally. True they offer cheaper prices but their customer service is a joke. You can't reach anyone in a timely manner if something goes wrong with your order because they only respond to emails. Unbelievable!"

"The only problem I had with Stockwiseauto was when I tried to use paypal to pay it was not accepted because of the additional 4 numbers normally used on zip codes. Paypal uses the 5 numbers with a dash then 4 more numbers. The Stockwiseauto ordering system program informed me I couldn't use a PO Box. I did not understand what was going on so I finally called them. I finally had to remove the 4 numbers to get the order processed. I told the rep that Stockwise should get their ordering program changed to accept the zip codes as they automatically come up for all Paypal users.
Other than that, I was very satisfied with StockWiseAuto.
