"Will never order from this company again. Part was great at a good price, just after the core was mailed back they have had it a week now and I have not gotten a refund for the core. Wouldn't be soo upset but the core was more then the part itself. Can't get a live person to talk to you and when I emailed asking about it last week was told they would give the tracking info to the warehouse but never an answer on how long a core refund takes. I understand the need for the core charge but never had to wait this long for a refund from a company think it's very poor business. GET ENOUGH PEOPLE YOU CAN CALL AND TALK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!
