They never answered the phone, the recorded message informed me that all reps were busy, and that I had to leave a message. I have left 3 messages over the course of a week, and have YET to receive a return phone call. They are either ignoring the phones, they are understaffed, or they simply don't care. Either way, I would NEVER, EVER buy from an outfit like this. If I treated my customers like this, I would be out of business. DO NOT BUY from this company...you'll be out of luck if you actually need to speak to a human about an issue or problem you might have with the order"
