I called upon receiving order to inform company that I had been sent the wrong item, they sent me a pre paid shipping sticker so that I would not have to pay to send the item back. Customer service was very friendly, apologetic, and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the actual part I needed in stock so I had to simply return the item instead of exchanging. I think if I order from this company again I would like to order on the phone with a live human being to ensure that I get exactly what I ordered. I did not rate the return policy only because i have not Shipped the item back and will not be able to do so until Monday. Great customer service! Unfortunately I was quite pressed for time and the incorrect listing hassle I experienced was rather discouraging."
