"I was traveling and needed a specific type of insurance that needed MEDICAL coverage for Covid. So I purchased the wrong policy and went back and purchased another with minutes of each other and asked for a refund for the wrong one I purchased and never received it. "

We reviewed your situation and determined that you had contacted Travelex Insurance regarding policy FIB17688 requesting an upgrade to include medical. A few minutes later you requested a premium refund. The Travelex Insurance representative requested proof that you had not departed on your trip. We were not able to locate a response from you and we did not realize that you purchased another plan that met your travel needs. We have canceled policy FIB17688 and issued a refund to your credit card used to purchase the policy. It may take 5 to 7 days for the refund to be reflected.
It is our understanding that you did in fact travel, so your other policy (FIPB11537) needs to be retained.
