"My order was never delivered and even though they have insurance on the package they have refused to use it and told me I need to work it out with the post office. Terrible company and would never buy from again!"

"A follow up to an earlier review...Yugster has earned my business by offering a wide variety of products at competitive prices. You may still have to comparison shop, but they are generally very competitive with their pricing and at times, have products you might not be able to find elsewhere. Anytime I have had an issue, they have been quick to respond and rectify the problem. That's why I will continue to shop at Yugster. Lastly, make sure you check some of the coupon sites for promotional codes or coupons, as some of Yugster's products do have codes associated with them that can reduce the price further.
edit: 09/23/18 - I did have an issue where I received the wrong size of the item and contacted customer service on 1/21/18. I was placed in a service queue and sent them another couple of emails until the correct refund was issued on 3/28/18. Obviously, this is a poor response time, but I would be willing to give them another shot in the future."

"I bought a 3 pack of Apple certified 10' cables. Didn't need them all at the time I bought them, but gave one to my son at college this past week and it immediately was not recognized and will not work with iPhone. I emailed them and they said warranty is over. I will never buy from them again as only one of the three cables actually works with an iPhone! If you buy anything from them, test ALL items immediately.... live and learn. "

"I am absolutely fed up with this company and their customer service is a joke...I ordered a French Easel Sketch Box on July 31st and they sent me a DJ lighting controller instead and have not made any attempts to fix or let me know what is being done about that. On the same date I ordered a regular 4 tier storage rack as well as a 4 tier corner storage rack and as of today Aug. 14th. they are still preparing for shipment according to the tracking information which is just unheard of nowadays...they make it very difficult to contact them except through a messaging system you might or might not make it through depending on your answer to the questions they have set up on their questions and answers section to get help from, the only way to try and get your problem solved. I quit using this company a few years back when I received a DOA product and had severe problems trying to get that situation fixed but I decided to give them another chance once again and they haven't changed one bit. Absolutely a terrible company to deal with if you have any issues with your purchase!!!! Looks like my only recourse is going to be getting my credit card issuer involved in this mess."

"Terrible first and LAST experience with them! The item looked NOTHING like the pics, therefore the fault lies with them. Because of that, they should be responsible for return shipping yet they refused. Just left the Post Office and it will cost me the same amount to send it back as I spent on the item so there was no point. Now I am stuck with junk. Unacceptable. Do NOT shop on this site! "My order has been setting for several days now before it's given to USPS. Probably 10 days for a 3 day shipment. When looking at the reviews here, most of the reviewers I looked at for Yugster only had one review. That review of course was 5 stars for Yugster. So don't believe the high ratings."

"I've been a customer of Yugster.com over several years. During that time I've received the wrong size sheets twice when their attempt to replace the wrong size with the right size shipped the wrong size again. I've ordered batteries that were supposed to be alkaline but were just carbon zinc. And most recently I ordered two specific colors of swimwear and received the other two colors I didn't want.

Yugster generally makes excuses and refunds my money without a hassle, but this last time they're making excuses left and right to avoid fully refunding my money. This downturn in customer support has led me to write this review.

"Yugster commits fraud with shady business practices and steals consumer's money! I placed an order with them and never received anything. I made a claim with FedEx which was denied. I then called Yugster who told me too bad! I'm pretty sure if I am charged for something I did not receive and am refused a refund, that is theft. It is not worth it to take them to small claims court, so I am writing this caution here. I hope Yugster goes out of business sooner than later."

"This was the worst website I have ever used for buying products. I placed an order for a computer which was committed to up to three days to ship. Now we are headed to the 8th day, and neither a trucking number is issued, nor customer service is able to truck it. Yes, Called customer services to express my concern, the customer service representative was extremely rude, and eager to get me of the phone as quick as she could. She showed no empathy what so ever even I had a valid point, only after I insisted over and over to speak to a supervisor, that she rudely placed me on hold and transferred me over to a supervisor. I only asked for the order to be cancelled and my refund to be processed, the supervisor could not help me either, and acted indifferent towards the bad customer experience and the frustration I am going through. By far the worst experience ever!"

"I ordered an Lg Tab X that was New. They sent me a used scratched up front and back tablet with a scratched up adapter in a white refurb box used non charging tablet. I am again losing all faith in this company. Customer service wont answer, just goes to voice mail, chat doesn't work, just says not available even though they are supposed to be available at these hours."
