"Bought a Chromebook, delivered in a reasonable time but a little dirty (refurb) and the touchpad was screwy. I let several people try it out and it was no good. Opened a case online, they responded right away with a "we handle in the order received". And never contacted me again. I left several messages on the online tool, called and waited on the phone for >40 minutes and never made contact. Now almost a month later they picked up the phone after 5 minutes and said they will send a return label. We'll see."
