"before placing this order, I had mixed feelings towards the company. back in may 2013, I ordered a computer at a good price. I had to wait an extraordinary long time for it to ship. Customer service sucks. they do not return your emails, and do not resolve your issue when you call them. I placed and order for 2 xbox 360 wireless controllers on july 8 (Monday). It is now Friday july 12 and it still has not shipped. My advice, DO NOT do any business with the company. A much better company is WOOT. "
"Today, June 29, 2013 Yugster.com is selling a Laptop / TV Table that they last sold to me last March for $20 + $5 shipping. I can tell you that it's NOT the original "made-for-TV" version that they depict in their photos. The original is supposed to be very sturdy and usable, but this cheap, chinese knock-off wobbles every-which-way and you would be hard-pressed to use it to write on, let alone use a small netbook on it (what I bought it for). I still have mine sitting in its box...now a project for a rainy day to try to make this thing useable in some way. It was just last week that I found out that the original Made-For-TV version is actually well-rated and that there are cheap knock-offs being sold online. Upon a second look at the box of the item that Yugster.com actually shipped to me it has a similarly-styled logo, but this logo actually reads "Another TV Type Product"...in that telltale red, of course. Yep, I got a knock-off version instead of what they advertised on their website. Unfortunately Yugster doesn't make it easy to return this item since I would have to pay too much to ship it back since it's in an odd-sized, large box AND they charge an additional 20% restocking fee on top of that. I would end up only getting less than half my money refunded (the $5 shipping isn't refundable). One last note about this purchase; the table was shipped to me in it's shelf-presentation box...they just slapped a label on it. I'm surprised its cheap plastic and metal wasn't crushed and cracked when I received it! I'll be avoiding Yugster.com from now on! YUG!!!"
"I ordered the "Canon PowerShot A1400 16MP Digital Camera" on May 27th. I never received any shipping information so I went to check and the order history shows it hasn't shipped yet.
Their website said items ship in 1 to 3 days. I contacted Yugster via their website support got a quick, generic, "We will check with the vendor" response, then nothing .... I have attempted to contact them about 5 times with no response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Utah. Do NOT order from them."
"I ordered a Dell computer that was advertised to have a 750GB hard drive. It was supposed to ship in 2-3 days, which I knew wouldn't happen since I've ordered from them many times in the past. When it did arrive, the hard drive was only 80GB. I called and was told they would contact the supplier and call me back in an hour. That never happened. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally mentioned the Better Business Bureau. I received a response within a few hours telling me they would make get the supplier to contact me with instructions on how to get this resolved. That was 1 week ago and I haven't heard back from anyone. I have been unable to get Yugster to even answer the phone. Caller ID? I'm sure of it. I know it'll cost me more to fight this than the 750GB hard drive is worth, but it's the right thing to do. Another right thing for me to do is to NOT order from this company again. I've always had good service and good products in the past, but because of their not answering emails or phone calls, it's time to take them off my list."
"I recently purchased something from yugster. i was told via there FAQ that it takes 1-3 business days for something to ship. well 5 business days passed, and i have no tracking number or any info on shipping. contacted yugster to reuest a refund if they couldnt get it out by the end of the day. needless to say i got the run around for another 2 days. They finally sent a tracking number but the number was my name not a tracking number. So when i finally got the tracking number. all they had done was send the info to fedex to get the number. nothing had shipped. Dont purchase anything from Yugster be unsatisfied and ask for a refund, cause you are not going to get it. and if they do refund you and have already gotten a tracking number regardless of the package shipping you will not get your shipping costs back, even though nothing ever shipped."
"I ordered a 1 Aaxa Technologies M2 from yugster for about $250 and was surprised to find it is a refurbished item in good condition. Accessories including a custom VGA cable were missing making item completely useless. I contacted yugster via phone, and they promised to ship the missing accessories promptly.
Two weeks are over – I still don’t have it. Yugster service desk is not responding, the voicemail is full and I cannot even return the item as 14 days are over.

"I've purchased many things from Yugster the past couple of years. With the exception of a cheap toy helicopter that didn't work right out of the box, the other items were pretty good.
I've been happy with some of the products, and a couple not so much.
For the most part, I've been pretty happy with them.
I've been asked to write this review in exchange of going from Diamond to Blue Diamond. No problem. Obviously I reached Diamond because I continue to purchase from them and have accumulated points.

"I've ordered other things from Yugster in the past, but luckily never had a problem until now. I ordered a Plantronics Headset with a Vehicle Charger. I got a 120v charger instead. I went through their E-mail service to resolve. Followed up with several phone calls, and got nowhere, but the promise to call me back with an answer once they heard back from the vendor. No return phone calls. No return e-mail response. I guess I'm just S#*T out of luck as far as they are concerned. Going to put in a complaint to the BBB. Noticed they have had several complaints with them, already. Buyer beware. Stay away from Yugster! "
"Absolutely horrible customer service. Don't excpect an answer if you send a message to customer service. If you do get a response from someone it will be a generic copy/paste answer - they will not look into your order and tell you exactly where it is in processing. Shipping takes forever."
"I fell for the Refurbished scam. They should put "refurbished" in the title. They don't... probably because nobody would want to buy it. I bought a "refurbished" vacuum. Who on earth would want to buy a used vacuum? That was voted one of the top 20 items not to purchase used ( Money Magazine ). They must get the complaint a bunch because their response seemed pretty generic. They'll eventually change their policy after a lawsuit. "
