"Purchased a Refurbished IPOD that was DOA but I didn't know it because I sent it to my nephew for his birthday. By the time he tried it and found out it was DOA it was more than 20 days. They took it back and issued a full rebate within a couple hours of receiving it back and issued me a $5.00 coupon so I was only out 4 cents. It was some of the best service online I've ever gotten. "Yugster shipped my order promptly, but when I contacted UPS to arrange for a will call pickup, I was informed that the seller did not allow their shipments to have this occur.
I contacted Yugster customer service and was informed that there would be a $10 surcharge to have the shipment changed to will call. After asking for a refund, their Customer Service stalled for a day in a half, claiming once that UPS would not allow them to hold the shipment for will call. In the interim, UPS attempted delivery again and one of my neighbors signed for the package.
Overall, their CS department was incompetent and unhelpful and I will never order from them again."
