I've bought from other "deal" sites before and had to wait weeks to get my items, but not on Yugster. "I ordered a Dell755 refurbished PC upon arrival the box looked like it was literally thrown off the truck and dragged down the road a mile or two. Upon opening it, the PC was damaged considerably. I contacted Yugster by the only means available (e-mail), tried chat and that was a dead end, I got a sorry to hear that contact customer support. Then I got "we are contacting the distributor" then the distributor sent a shipping label but said if the item was damaged they would charge me for the shipping and it was best to send it in the package it came in....well DUH! The package it came in was pitiful and the internal packaging obviously did not protect the PC from shipping damage..very unprofessional!"

"I use OLAY all the time - the product I received was not acceptable- off smell different color-and in my opinion a knock-off-I asked for a refund and was denied-I would not trust yugster to sell the manufacturers product-now I know why their products are cheap-I contacted Olay-they told me after I read the info on the bottle that the item is 3 years old and going to expire in Sept.I gave this info to yugster with the olay phone number and was met with indifference-and the bottles were not packaged-So to say they were opened is just another way yugster gets out of their responsibility"
"I made a purchase from Yugster, a motion-activated stainless steel trash can, so it was NOT cheap. The item arrived damaged and non-functional. Customer Service stated that they can not and will not help me with a replacement, refund, or exchange for credit. Customer service absolutely refused and they were very rude to me. I am appalled by the accepted behavior at this business. Worst purchase experience and service experience I have ever had. Do NOT support this business, you will lose your money in a very unethical and unprofessional way."
“Almost all items sold on Yugster come with at least a 30-Day Yugster warranty. Many of our items some with warranties that last much longer and are often from the manufacturer of the item itself. This item came with a 30-Day Yugster warranty. As long as we were notified within 30-days that the item was defective then then we should have been able to offer a replacement or refund without any issues. If you waited beyond that 30-days to contact us then unfortunately that warranty expired. On the rare instances when an item arrives defective we are usually notified immediately. We will escalate your issue to our Customer Service team to see if we have any satisfactory options for you at this point. We hope to be able to earn your continued business.”

"When a certain deal of the day site got bought by a certain entity named after a river, the quality of the deals at said site, in my opinion, fell precipitously. Yugster filled that void. It still offers solid deals on a daily basis, and the pricing remains in the "bargain" category. Their customer service is also solid when it comes to returns. They refunded my money on a pasta machine that failed on its second use without requiring me to ship the whole damaged unit back to them. Though their shipping time is usually not very quick, they have yet to ship me the wrong product or inadequately protect the item they sent. "
