"They're my 'go to' for gadgets and electronics, as well as, gifts. Their prices range from crazy low to comparable to anywhere else. They've maintained their low shipping rates through the years so when you find a comparable price elsewhere their shipping still makes it cheaper. They try to keep the choices fresh while offering a lot of the same items. Sometimes an item is taken down but will come back later which gives you an opportunity to grab it if you missed out the first time. Their customer service is always prompt and courteous. In 9 years, I've only had a problem twice and they resolved it quickly and were ever so nice about it. They do try to answer questions if you have them. If they don't know, they're honest in telling you so rather than giving you some inane answer. I like that they offer payment options using credit or debit card or Paypal. It's truly convenient. I trust this site and recommend it to friends, even sharing links to their pages on Facebook. I really love Yugster :)"
