"Booked JFK Park N Go parking through Way.com for Dec 24 till Jan 10 - the parking refused confirmed space stating that the website kept on booking after the parking was exhausted (probably a lie, given the lack of professionalism at the place). We were getting late to catch a flight and there was "no way" we could find parking elsewhere given the hours we had and the fact that it was Christmas eve.
Ultimately secured the parking after fighting with the manager for 30 minutes. Way.com's customer service was nowhere to be found - the available number went straight to voicemail. Never again!

"So I booked a parking spot with way.com for Thanksgiving week at the Atl airport. I get to the hotel and the hotel has no spots available. When I asked why when I had a reservation, I was told that they quit taking reservations from any of the sites two weeks before and that they had multiple problems with this website in the past. They have even asked to be taken off of way.com's website. That said, the hotel (Days Inn on college road) was super helpful, calling other hotels to look for a spot for us to park and then 'created' a parking spot so that I wouldn't have to pay the airport parking fee. The price was the same so I recommend just going through a hotel itself. I do have to say that they refunded my money within days of my sending them an email (although no apology or attempt to make up for the problems"

"This seller is unscrupulous!!! Booked SF parking 4 months in advance. Received a phone call a day in advance to confirm pick up arrangements only to arrive at the residence where parking was confirmed and told we could not leave our vehicle due to a San Bruno City Ordinance, prohibiting the sale of parking on private property. When WAY.com was contacted they attempted to direct us to another residence within the city limits. Since it was a City Ordinance disallowing the parking arrangement, we opted to not take our chances of having our car disappear while we were out of the country, we thought it was best to find a legitimate parking facility. Unfortunately, this ended up costing us an additional $131 above what had already been paid to WAY.com. We made multiple attempts to reach the vendor via phone calls and email; all of which were ignored. Approximately 3 weeks later we received a call from them stating a refund for the excess amount paid would be sent to us. Now, 4 weeks later and several follow up correspondences; again unanswered, we have yet to receive anything. After threatening to take the issue to the District Attorney; which was suggested by the Department of Consumer Affairs, we were told that we do not have any claim and to basically go pound salt! AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS!!"
