"They should have mentioned that perhaps there was a delay during the holidays. Order placed on Dec 2, they stated in the email, "Thank you for your order from Woodsnap. It has been submitted and will take 4 to 7 business days to process + ship time*". It shipped Dec 22, a whole 14 business days later. They did not use a fast method of shipping (UPS Surepost) so the item will not arrive by Christmas. I had it shipped to my parents house because that's where I will be. Now they have to ship it back to me once they get it. Very tedious. Very annoying. Cool idea but you have to be upfront about times. "

"I placed a Christmas order on December 6th, based on the claim that production time was 5-10 business days and then the product would ship. It was a standard product - nothing that required special editing. On December 22nd, the order status was just listed as in production. This is 12 business days after I ordered it. When I reached out to customer service, I received a generic email that offered no help. Very disappointed in service. I can't yet comment on the product since I have not yet received it."
"At the time I didn't have my order number. I asked for my order number so I could get the status of my order. I was promptly told that they are way behind on orders and that I wouldn't get my Christmas present for Christmas and that my order probably hasn't even been printed yet. Ok, so you don't have enough man power, time, supply or whatever to take over the overwhelming amount of orders, I do understand, but it still doesn't make me happy. After trying to get my order status and order number after 3 canned responses I was given another email just for holiday orders since the regular customer service can't do anything. I still have yet to get the reply I wanted from either and I am out a Christmas present for someone. I sure hope that my email is read and action is taken monetarily to resolve this issue. The products are great, but they really should address the customers questions instead of sending out some canned response over and over again. AND, this is Christmas time people, you should know you will get a lot of orders."
"I wish I had checked those reviews before I purchased from Woodsnap. My experience is consistent with customers who experienced late delivery. In addition, I ordered a collage. they delivered only 8 of the 9 pieces. I have called and emailed and received no response, I am unable to leave a message because all mailboxes are full. they sent me an email that i should contact them before writing an unfavorable review. Cant even do that. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Great concept but does not deliver."

"no one answered the phone when I called today and since I ordered my item on december 7th, I thought it would have shipped by now and at least make it before christmas. There was no additional editing needed...just print, package and send. Also when i went to check the "status" online, the link just shows me what i ordered. I couldn't find anything that actually has an status update on it. I sent them a message and hope to here back about the status of my two orders."
