"Was really looking forward to surprising my wife on our anniversary, unfortunately the item has not arrived nor have I gotten an email when it will be here. My anniversary was 3 days ago. I was told that it may come by Christmas. Disappointing. "
"I'm super bummed on the production time, I understand it is the holidays. But, since this is my 1st experience w/ Woodsnap I wasn't sure what to expect. My intenetion was to get a sample then order prints for the Grandparents for xmas. I just received my order today...it took 21 days. Now it's too late to get reorders for xmas.
However, I am in LOVE with it! It brought tears to my eyes when I saw my kids faces on wood. I am going to order the Grandparent gifts...they will just have to get them late."
"I realize that there's holiday crush, but there's no email or anything for an order placed on December 3rd (today being the 17th and order is just into 'processing') . I hope at this point, that I will get what was a December birthday present before Christmas.
It would be an invaluable customer service to give updates or own up to the fact that you're really behind on your orders, rather than the current process."

"I placed this order on 12/2 for a present for my dad. I was told it would get to me by Christmas. As of today, 12/17, I haven't received or gotten any information on whether or not it was even done or shipped. I had to contact the company to find out that it won't even be SHIPPED until 12/29. They made absolutely zero effort to contact me and let me know there was a delay. This is highly unacceptable. My sister and I were splitting the cost of this for our dad and step-mom; we live about 900 miles apart and now have 1 week to come up with something else. I don't care how nice their products may be, with this type of customer service, I will not be ordering from them again!!!"
"Given the fact that my order placed two weeks ago and the "production date" delayed in two days, then another five days and then disappeared altogether and the answer that "it might be before the holidays but by the end of January for sure". That was week ago. Now they just don't answer the phone.
I can't give them more then one star. If I could, they would have got non."

"I ordered my products on November 23 with a 4-7 day turnaround, assuming my product would ship the first week of December.
I emailed twice with no response as every time i looked online my production time was increasing until December 22 (I called at this time, they assured me there was an issue and my product was almost finished and would be sent out asap), then my product finally said it was completed on December 11th, and tracking information was sent to Fedex.
It is December 17th, i called Fedex, yes my tracking number was created, but the package is still sitting at Woodsnap.... So much for christmas presents.

"I will gladly fill this out once I receive my order. I've been trying to call the woodsnap customer service line for 24 hours now and no answer. I made my order on November 30 and still have no received the shipment. Just kind of curious as to know when I should receiving these items."
"I placed my order on 11/30, received a confirmation email saying my order would ship within 4-7 business days. It ended up taking 12 business days to ship. I had to call numerous times to find out what was happening with my order to make sure I would receive it on time for the holiday as this is a gift. Then when it did not ship on the day I was told over the phone, I called again and there were no notes in their system about my order shipping, the representative I talked too said he would ship it as soon as he could but would not give me a date.
I am not scheduled to receive my order till 12/18 and that is with FedEx 2 day delivery. I understand the holiday's are a busy time but the expectation was set in my confirmation email and it should of been met. "
"I ordered my gift on 11/30- I have not even received a shipping email yet & this is a christmas gift- I've emailed the company more than 5 times with only getting 2 replies, I gave me the wrong number to call & the other email told me they'd check on my order & get back to me, never did. "Still haven't received my shipping confirmation even though I was made to believe that it was going to ship a week ago. Gave approval 3 weeks before I was planning to give the item as a gift and now it won't be in on time. Given it has taken so long, I thought at a minimum i would be offered free express delivery but all I got was we are really busy and this normally doesn't happen but sorry it won't be in when you need it "
