"I have not received my order yet for Christmas. It was ordered in plenty of time. They sent an email apologizing but gave no estimated date of delivery. They suggested emailing questions to their customer service department but they haven't responded to the email. It looks like I will have to purchase a duplicate gift. DRAG

"Placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago under the impression that it would take 3-5 business days to process and produce, and a few more days for shipping. I requested no editing to my photo product that I ordered. Upon checking the status online after more than 2 weeks had passed, I saw that the item hasn't even been produced yet. I emailed the company to inquire about my order and after 3 days, still had not received a response. I then called several times with no answer and a message of, "voicemail box full and unable to receive messages". Finally I got through to a customer service rep, who stated that the company got inundated with orders at the holidays and it would unfortunately not be arriving for Christmas. This is understandable, but I feel that customers should be notified of such a change. I would not have been informed of this if I hadn't called. To make matters worse, they said they would only upgrade the order to overnight shipping on the off chance it was produced before the holiday. Otherwise, since it's already late for Christmas, they would leave it as standard shipping.
Since I still don't have the item, I can't comment on the quality. Even if I love it when it comes, I won't be ordering from here again, which is a bummer because they have a great idea for their products. Overall poor communication, difficult to get in contact with, and poor customer service."
"Extremely satisfied with Woodsnap as a company and the product they sell. My purchase was a Christmas gift so I have only seen it via a proof, however, it's absolutely beautiful and sure to bring a smile! I ordered at Christmas and even though they were overwhelmed as a company by the amount of orders they had they dealt with it professionally. They sent out an email advising of the situation and with their apologies and a promise they were doing everything possible to ensure we get our gifts delivered on time. That same day I was advised my gift was done and it was great. It is so nice to deal with a company that can produce such an amazing product and have outstanding customer service to go along with it! "excellent product, arrived very quickly - as promised. Pictures look great. My only feedback would be that I ordered 12 items and they were all just thrown in a box together, they were NOT individually wrapped in tissue or bubble wrap or any sort of protective layer, the pictures were all fine, but two of the pieces has slightly smooshed / dinged corners from their not so gentle packing. "

"I guess the coupons they had out before Chrisrmas really worked because now they are backed up as per their customer service dept. even though I ordered Nov 30 I may not re rice my order in time for Christmas. Had I known I would have done expedited processing or shipping but until I called about the order today I had no idea that something was wrong other than not seeing any status updates. It's disappointing because I have ordered from them before and was really pleased with the whole experience and the product. And the worst part is that customer service said they would email me by the end of the day and I heard nothing. I hate when promising new companies blow it."

Like everyone else, I placed my order WEEKS ago and have not received anything. I contacted customer service almost 2 weeks ago to request to change the shipping address of my order so I can receive it where I would be spending the holidays. I was told there was no need to do so because my order would absolutely be delivered by the 18th of December. It is now the 19th and my order shipped TODAY. They have not responded to numerous emails. My husband has been trying to contact them by phone all day to request they hold the shipment and change the shipping address. No answer. No ability to leave a message. Their chat support is offline all day.
Hiding from your concerned customers is no way to do business. So shady!

This will be our first Christmas without him so I was anxious to get these in time, the customer service/production department replied to my emails so fast and I received my order in perfect timing. Have continually tried to call and email to find out what the status of my order is and when it will be delivered, but haven't received any response and it is now two weeks later. My credit card was charged on December 4th.
I simply want to know when my order will be delivered and Woodsnap is not reachable by phone or responding to repeated emails. "
"Super easy to order and customize, the ordering process is great. I will say, because it's the holiday there could have been a little disclaimer at checkout that the order turnaround time would be longer. It says 4-7 business days plus shipping time, but it took longer and I had to call to find out the hold up.when I did call however, they were very apologetic and explained there was some back up with the holidays and they would cover any extra shipping charge to guarantee it by Christmas! That was a great move on their part as far as excellent customer service goes. I will order from them again and I absolutely love how the image on wood turns out! Just gorgeous."
