They shipped it quickly (and I got it quickly).
However, the microphone was DOA. I emailed them immediately to let them know, and within 20 minutes I had gotten a response that included an RMA# and a return shipping label.
They sent out another microphone...and within a couple of days, I had a working microphone.

"Ordered a Yamaha MOX6 on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. Many vendors offer free shipping to the mainland US but charge heavily to ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Prices are very good and UPS shipping (I live in Hawaii) is the most reasonable I've found, a real advantage for me. "
"Did Not ship on order date even though overnight UPS was paid.
Shipped an incorrect number of items, ordered two and received three. Called to report incorrect shipment and received email that a UPS shipper would be supplied via email. Contacted customer service rep regarding the fact that I had not received overnight service for next day use of the product and that I expected refund of the special shipping cost. Received email that they expected extra item to be returned at no additional cost to them.
I emailed them back to voice my concern regarding poor customer service due to the fact that the item was order at 10:00 Am and it still took two days to receive it even with extra overnight costs.
Currently waiting for return of the expedited shipping cost and any additional fees that they care to send me as consolation. "
