"I ordered a video card from z buy and received a router that belonged to someone else, no big deal, After 4 phones calls to Z-buy and 3 phone calls to fed ex and 2 failed pickups by fed ex [because of poor footwork by z buy] I still have the router, and someone else has my video card. I normally would wait a few more days to post a negative response on someone, but I had 1 too many "Jerk Arounds" by z-buy, +Hard to reach on phone. Well I received my video card [05/07], 2 weeks after ordering it. You have to call early in the AM to catch these guys, After spending 5k a year for the past few years on pc parts, I can honestly say that i was disappointed with the experince with z buy, Usually do business with newegg, I will consider doing business with z buy again if the price is right, and i assume that with a 9+ reseller rating not all deals go like the one i just had."

Two: Very fast shipping, was shipped out next day, got to me in four days (including weekend). Not bad for ground shipping.
Three: Z-buy kept me in the loop on everything, including order status, FedEx tracking number, even an email stating item was delivered. I literally walked outside to pick up the package when I got the email (FedEx waiver on file, they didn't ring bell).
