"I found this site very good. Great price, fast delivery. I ordered the wrong part and they rapidly send me a rma number. However they could not tell me if they had the part I needed. I emailed 3 times and called once. The only answer I got was from the telephone call but the rep. didn't know and refered me back to the webpage. I still don't know if they carry the part I need. I think I will have to reorder my part elsewhere simply for this reason. That is frustrating but I would order from this company agian.

Most orders are shipped the same day. Shipments are accurate and in the case of prebuilt systems, if there is any question about configuration you are called immediately.
There have never been any backorders or delays. The website appears to accurately represent inventory. Memory modules are first rate and come with full warranty, in contrast to bargain basement companies which offer limited warranty on marginal products.
