"Ordered a retail box Asrock motherboard. Received a previous opened, used board packed in a PCchips box, a ruffled anti-static bag with missing CD and manual. Maybe more missing If I have to open the bag. A fraudulent company not worth dealing with it. Buyers beware, bargains come for a reason. I wil make sure to spread my words around and will keep update on resolution. Quick on RMA though. But sometime it's just not worth the trouble
Follow up: Company was not up front on out-of-stock item. Instead, they sent you improvised substitution. RMA was quick. But this kind of turn around is an absolute waste of time, money and trust.
Just checked, refunded after 2 weeks. Will not buy from again."
