"It isn't clear to me was it was some operator error on my part, that resulted in not achieving a connection between my glasses and my PC with USB cable or was there a problem with the glasses. However, Zetronix moved quickly to exchange my glasses, which I really appreciated. This was my third product purchased from Zetronix, and each had a learning curve, and require time and practice for them to become truly effective, that normally I don't have, but I have been making the time and I am beginning to get great results, the combination. I am a process server, in other words, I serve subpoena and summon for attorneys and their clients. It is very rewarding profession. I do have certain guidelines I must follow in delivering document. As part of my offering to my client, I offer video of each service make. This avoids any suggestion of was this a good service and to avoid a "he said she said situation." If it is does not follow the protocol of service, it can be challenged by the counsel opposite, the witness isn't required to appear."

"When I finally received it, and tried to set it up, the first incling that it was a dog was when I downloaded the Ubell software/interface system that has absolutely NOTHING good about it! No controls with which to turn it on or off, or even to set it up so that movement starts it recording. There's been no update on the software since I received it a couple of months ago, so I've got an expensive paperweight hanging above the garage door!
The last image it recorded was June 21st, and nothing's been uploaded to the cloud. Until the interface software gets updated and upgraded, stay as far away from this dog as you can! I've asked Zetronix for a return shipping label and a refund. Whether I get it or not remains to be seen."
"The first initial problem with Zetronix was my wife ordered the 4 Orca recording sunglasses and 4 transitional lenses for $799.94. We messaged the online chat and they said the order was cancelled. Our bank had declined the first charge but proccessed the second. We still did not get our money back which means the order was not cancelled. We did not recieve the items. Seeing how we assumed that the bank was the problem we were told to reorder and we did so on a different card. We ordered a total of $839.89 of the same order and for some reason we got charged more and the order wasnt correct it only said 1 transitional lens was ordered. At this point we ordered 3 more and tried to get a hold of customer service again to make sure that the overnight shipping could still apply to the second purchase we had to make due to an online error. We ordered overnight shipping and it has been over 2 days since. We have called, left emails, and tried to use the online chat, but this time it says their arent any agents available and when we can it goes directly to voicemail. They are blocking our calls somehow and refusing to respond! Now they have a total of $1,639.83 of our money that they refuse to refund or send the products ordered!!!"

"Received product in early June and could not get it to work properly. Contacted tech support and with some work around got it to function 75% of the time. Contacted support and requested a refund. Still waiting for shipping package to return defective product as it is middle July. I am not a happy customer. I regret every moment of this experience. "
