"The product (once it finally arrived) is pretty good, pretty comfortable, images are sharp though slightly too dark and battery life is average even on standby (2-3 hours). There are no instructions regarding the config file that can be modified to change the image format e.g. 8,13,16, 20 mb etc although its very simple to do but unclear what the size of the ccd is and therefore what the optimum image size would be. I imagine that the large sizes are simply interpolating beween pixels to increase dimension but this remains a mystery as no-one in support has responded to any request for information whether on-line from the website or via email. Don't bother phoning as no-one responds to calls. My glasses were mis-shipped to Japan and then on to Finland and back and forward between the two for a few weeks and despite calling this out to the support team they took no action until I chased up USPS and reported back to them on the bad labelling that caused this package to get stuck in limbo."
