"I received a defective device and was told that I would receive a replacement within 2 weeks. After this time period had elapsed I tried to contact you company to find out what had happened. I sent countless emails and left several voice messages but did not get a response. Finally I was able to talk to a 'live' person who said that my device would be shipped out that day (Friday) or the following Monday. Two weeks later I had still not received my replacement device and again spoke to a representative at your company, Jessie, who told me that the device had not been shipped but it would be sent out that day. I finally received my replacement device a few days later. So, from the time I requested a replacement to the time I received It was over five weeks. Not to mention the time I wasted sending emails, leaving voice messages and being kept on hold for what seemed like an eternity to speak to a 'live' person. Unacceptable!!"
