"So far the product is ordered is supposedly out of stock and I was offered another item (possibly upgraded at the same price) but now it seems my entire order has vanished at least from my end I got no receipt and the bill on my credit card was pending has now disappeared they asked me to verify shipping address and then informed me the product I ordered was not available then upgraded me to nothing I guess???"

I contacted customer service because I wanted a particular color that was showing as available but in reality was not available. Customer service was most accommodating and helpful in following up with the manufacturer about my selected color and confirming its availability.
Prior to delivery customer service called to confirm delivery address and offered me furniture insurance at a reduced rate. The items were delivered as expected and the set looks lovely. My shopping experience was very good with this vendor."
