"They installed a rear hitch for me. I was behind two other customers in the morning and one was taking an extra amount of effort. At 10:45 let them know I would need to reschedule as I had a hard cutoff of 12 to get back to the office. One of the guys behind the counter said he would do it himself. I was out before 12 and very appreciative. Ordered a nee exhaust system from them so will happily be back."
