Same story as the others...
"Simple $20 rebate. Says I didn't include documentation; resubmitteed, STILL claim I didn't submit the, "Copy of Clear or Legible Receipt/Invoice or Packing List" when, you guessed it, it's right there in their scan of the received documentation.
I need the $20 more than these scammers do, frankly, but not worth the hassle. Bet'cha will no longer purchase producs from asus or other companies that use this outfit for rebate processing."

These guys denied my rebate for no reason.
"I met all the requirements and sent in all the required documents and they denied my rebate for no reason. Contacting them got nowhere and I had to have my bank fight for the rebate. AVOID REBATES FROM 4MYREBATE AT ALL COST!"

Never got a rebate, scam!
"Sent them all documents including invoice, SN from a box and a special form, spent my time and money on postage, as the result got answer:
"Your Rebate was not approved for the following reason(s):
- Required Documentation missing-Copy of Receipt/Invoice"
At their website I see that they received and scanned my copy of Invoice, however they declined my rebate because they didn't receive it :) SCAM!!! I know that now they will receive rebate for themselves! A$$holes"

"I wish I could give them a "no star" rating. I could not find an address to send in required items and the phone answerer said my 21 days expired already. She can't count. I had 2 days left, which would work.
Won't buy any product that uses this rebate service, plus, I will give a low rating on the product so the company will be impacted"

"I just worked with them, called in, got a hold instantly and the man I talked to walked me through everything and even had me print out all the forms I would need from amazon ON the spot. This was a really great experience. I would definitely confirm that they are a GOOD company. These other reviews scared me at first but I was pleasantly surprised!"

"BY FAR THE MOST ABYSMAL EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. The resident math major and training "manager" over there must think that losing thousands of dollars in sales is worth more than saving 10 cents on a rebate denial. No real surprise, since the entire front-end processing staff appears incapable of reading or responding in any manner that doesn't required rehearsal from cue cards. Laughably, they invite you to write for customer service that brings a universal response to CALL! If you see this company's name associated with a rebate offer -- RUN! RUN! RUN! Too bad there's no zero star rating available here."

"I am getting scammed by them for $20. It really is not worth it for me to pursue. I sent all of the documentation in and they said the UPC label was not readable even though it was the original cardboard from the box. It was their imaging system that made it unreadable.
My suggestion for those with many rebates to file an attorney general complaint in the state you are in. I also wrote to TigerDirect.com and advised them I would not be their customer anymore if I did not receive the $20.
If you see any offers with this 4myrebate, stay clear it is truly a scam."

"I filled 3 rebate claims with ASUS. I completed all the requirements. I received emails for 4myrebate denying my claim with reason of missing signature. Fortunately, they provide a "view documents" option where I saw my signature clearly. (So I wasn't crazy) I spent 2hs on the phone with their support and sent emails further complaining. They don't care! A large motivation of my purchase was the rebate that they denied of me. They are thieves that will keep my money, inventing their own policy. I am extraordinarily unhappy. They are not to be trusted and are less than useful. And when they observe my frustration over the phone and threaten to hang up on me. What am I to do apart from bending over?"
