"I was very pleased with the service and the quick shipping! I called to be sure an item was in stock, and was pleasantly told that it was. After ordering online, it was shipped the next day, and arrived two days after that. The item was in perfect condition and well packaged."

"I ordered a Radeon 9700pro from them. they sent me a non pro card. i called them, they don't even have an answering machine and I never got through. and no answer to my emails. They also want me to pay all shipping charges in the agrement and they want me to pay 15% ($45) in restocknig fees! I will never go there again to purchase stuf online. Why should I pay for thier screw up?"

"I ordered an item from which arrived DOA. I tested it extensively -- no dice. I did not want an exchange as I had a limited timeframe in which I could install the board. Their exchange process would have taken over a week for me to receive a new board. So, they charged me a 15% fee when I returned it for a refund. As it is, I had pay for return shipping. Policy or not, in my opinion, I don't think it's fair to require the buyer to spend *any* money on an item that arrives defective. I've disputed the partial refund with my credit card company. They've already refunded my money and told me they'd take it up with the company. In the end, this company will lose money (the CC company charges them a fee, over the disputed amount, for my dispute) AND a customer."

"I live within 100 miles of this reseller. I specifically requested that a case I ordered arrive next day, with UPS ground shipping. Prior to ordering, the reseller told me that the shipment WOULD arrive next day. HOWEVER, they instead shipped via FedEx 3-day, and because the order was placed over a weekend, the total delay on the shipment would have been FOUR DAYS. I called and requested a refund of the shipping costs ($12). They initially refused, saying that they would "lose money" if they did that. After 15 more minutes of arguing, they offered me a meager $5. I told them to keep their $5, that I would get the full shipping amount back from my credit card. They then told me that they would cancel my order and hung up the phone. I will never order from the again, needless to say."

"I purchased a power supply from these guys. I ordered a dual fan Dynapower 350W (DP-350A) power supply; however what I received had their own brand labels/logo (generic looking) on the unit rather than Dynapower. The PS had only one fan and was very light and cheap looking. I telephoned them and asked about a mixup, the sales rep told me it was mfg'ed for them by Dynapower (I don't believe Dynapower had anything to do with this power supply, it's surely not the model DP-350A in question, the Ateck salesperson argued this with me for quite a while). The PS was put in a shipping box bare (bulk packaged) and had no paperwork. I asked the customer service rep. about warr. and he told me that it probably had a 1 year warr. This company did have very good turn-around and their prices seem to be very good but I did not get what I ordered or expected. UPDATE: The power supply lasted about 6 months and went out. Very poor quality, afterall. After many email exchanges trying to get a replacement I gave up and threw it in the garbage. Don't buy anything from these people, I won't ever again."

"Great email response and fast shipping. The only negative things are packaging which didn't survive the trip but product was intack. Also, the item ordered was a model down from the one I ordered but was still adaquate for what I needed it for. All in all, still a good experience. I would consider ordering from them in the future."

"Bought a ATI Radeon 9700 Pro and received it 9 days later. There was a bit of a delay before it was shipped, but shipping was free and their products are cheap. They were easy to reach by e-mail or phone and the people I talked to were always friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"Unbelieveable service. They sent me an email within 2 hours of my order to indicate that it had been shippped, with a follow up email complete with a tracking number for the FREE Fedex Saver shipping. Item was delivered 3 days later (half-way across the country), works great. Ateck was great in my opinion because many online merchants try to charge low prices and make it up with hidden shipping costs -- not Ateck."

"Bought a sis740 board, this was cheapest price on pricewatch. no code was needed and they shipped it on the same day. well, the board was defective and i was fearing for late turnaround.. but EVERYTHING was done within a week!!
