"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MERCHANT!!! I still have not heard from this company since placing my order 11/22/08. I placed an order for different items from another online merchant the same day and received the items by 11/25/08. I emailed AVD on 11/25/08 to check the status of my order - no response. I called them on 11/25/08 and got voicemail and I left them a detailed message asking for status - no response. On 11/26/08 I emailed and called and left another message cancelling the order - no response. These items were birthday presents for my daughter and caused me to not have the items in time. Stay away!"

"We are very pleased with our shopping experience with audioVideo Dimension. It is the first time we order this kind of product on line and everything went perfect. We had some questions concerning the shipping methods and a sales person contacted us within 24 hours. Once we have decided to place the order, a confirmation E-mail was sent. Our status was always up to date in their web site. Also, we received a tracking number the following day. The total amount charges was exactly what is was supposed to be. Since we are living outside the USA, we were worry about the process but everything was great and without any trouble.

"Beware of their own warranty. Before I purchased a Clarion CMD5 from them, I called to confirm there is a warranty since it was an internet purchase. They stated they honor the warranty and not Clarion. This unit was rusted up by the back harness. It was mounted inside the center console on my boat and the back was protected. It took a week for them to even acknowledge the receipt of my return after several e-mails and phone messages. Then they stated they send returns back to Clarion and would be back with me. I received an e-mail a couple of days later stating it was not repairable and wanted to charge me for shipping to Clarion and returning the unit to me. Out $214.00. Buyer beware.
This was my original review when purchased:
They had the best price including shipping. I wanted info about the warranty, so I called. Someone actually answered the phone with not hold time or endless prompts. Item was shipped the same day."

"Placed an order on the 26th of November, for a set of speakers. The price was very fair, and I had seen good reviews on RR (and also noticed that the reseller was a member of BBBOnline). I went ahead and placed the order, and received my confirmation email afterwards.
The package was received the same week, albeit 5 days later (even though I was in the 1-day shipping zone). I can understand a slight delay due to a busy week, but I had not received any updates or tracking numbers until I had called several times. UPS confirmed that the package had not shipped out until the 29th.
That being said, the price WAS pretty far, and even though there was a communications breakdown / slow shipment, the product did arrive within the same week. I only wish that I could have had better updates (in terms of delays, problems, and tracking info)."

"I ordered the unit--Belpro RX55--on 4/17/07 and received confirmation within hours. The unit was delivered within two days. It was in factory sealed box and appeared to be brand new--as promised. I have since installed the unit in my car and it seems to be working properly. I am taking car on 8,000 mile road trip in a few weeks. Hopefully the unit will perform effectively then."
