Poor service and difficult return on a defective item
"Took the two weeks to ship the item. When it arrived the fit was terrible. I contacted customer service and was told I could return it but would have to pay shipping and restocking fees which was almost what I paid to begin with
After two more weeks of going back and fourth, multiple photographs and explanations, they finally agreed to take back the item at no cost
It was a whopping $42 sale, they were willing to loose a customer over $30 (shipping and restocking fees).
Terrible experience. I will not buy anything from them again"

A Promise is a Promise.
"When I ordered these 2 things, I was told that they would be here on a certain date and was very upset that I was told wrong. I had a lot of stress that they wouldn't be here before the 20th of December, I had to call and push them to get these 2 items here for Christmas. I shouldn't have been told something when they couldn't have it here on that date. I even ordered it at the end of November. I am pleased they arrived on Christmas eve. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew what the wait time was. So, I will not be ordering from them again. A promise is a promise."
