Hard to find tool, decent price, shipping a little high.
"This was one of the few places I was able to find a 15/16" bolt extractor and was a decent price. The cost of shipping was higher than I am used to and not particularly fast. It turned out that I had stripped the bolt head too much and I should have got a smaller extractor. Ended up taking the stuck bolt to a welder and he heated it up and it came right off."

"Before I ordered, I emailed customer service late at night to make sure they were in stock. Received a response immediately, first thing in the morning. "Ordered a part over a month ago. No communication or information about when I might actually see it ship. I get the run around everytime I email them. They are always "checking the warehouse" and then zero info until I again have to reach out to them.
I see horrid reviews on this company for over 12 years. Wish I would have seen them before I placed this order."
