"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
I had a seller (Jeff Simon Books) send me a book that was COMPLETELY the wrong book. They asked me to return it to them for a refund (refused to pay return shipping even though the mistake was CLEARLY theirs). We did that. Now we can't get anyone from ecampus or the seller to return any of our messages OR OUR MONEY!!!!
Thank you - I do appreciate your acknowledgement. I have received the $25 credit on my ecampus account, however the refund for the incorrect book has still not posted on my credit card."

I have processed a full refund on your order and we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. You do have to worry about paying return shipping on the book. I have also applied $25.00 of in store credit to your ecampus.com account and we hope that you give us another chance to be your textbook provider.
