B&H reached out and corrected the problem right away. That was a nice surprise.
The drives (except for the one I had to return) have been excellent. Fast, secure shipping (very much appreciated since I live in an area where porch thieves are abundant.)

I ordered 2 hard drives in November. One of them did not work. I returned it for an "exchange". The item was out of stock so instead of refunding my $$$, B&H gave me a gift card. Now it's January, the item is back in stock and I'm using the gift card and I have to pay $33.

The right Stuff - Quick!
"I appreciate being able to get a brand name product. After a previous bad exercise buying a cheap Chinese rip-off for a battery charger, I try to stay with the product manufacturer's batteries and chargers. B&H delivered on the Pentax charger that I needed. I buy with the confidence that I won't have any overheated, swelling, or exploding batteries! As always, great service. Thanks."

Delayed 5 days, so far, on an next day delivery promise.
"I am not sure what is going on, but my package is stuck in Indanapolis with no communication as to why or when I can expect delivery. Very dissapointing, especially since we are going out of the country and the item I purchased is needed for that trip. I may never shop at BH again."
